Mike starts out by clearing debris from the water driven turbine that powers the mill and then he opens the gates to allow water to move through the turbine to make the corn meal. Then Mike moves into the millhouse and loads corn kernels into a hopper. The millstones grind the corn into meal and it begins to fill large sacks.
